Mix Bake Frost
At Mix Bake Frost, every order is freshly prepared and made to order. Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, the following notice periods apply:
- Non-themed cakes and cupcakes: Minimum 5 working days’ notice for a full refund.
- Themed or logo cakes and cupcakes: Minimum 7 working days’ notice for a full refund, as additional time and custom materials are required.
Cancellations made outside of these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.
Business Cancellations
While we pride ourselves on reliability, there may be rare circumstances beyond our control – such as illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen events, that prevent us from fulfilling your order. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option of:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling your order where possible.
We appreciate your understanding that, as a small business, unexpected situations can occasionally arise.
